The clinic of gastroenterology, hepatology and endocrinology offers both outpatient and inpatient treatment. The range of medical services covers the intestines and liver disease, endocrinology, metabolism and diabetes. Medical care and high-quality patient care are the fundamental principles of our clinic. A decisive role in this case is played by the highest medical standards, high-quality equipment and professional experience. In the outpatient department for treatment of metabolic disorders, the adult patients with congenital and acquired metabolic disorders receive both nutritional or drug treatment. An integral part of any treatment in the clinic is a detailed analysis of the risk of cardiovascular disease, as well as a full consultation on nutrition, incl. drawing up a multi-day food diary.

The endocrinological outpatient department performs diagnostics and therapy of all endocrinological diseases. These include diseases of the pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands, as well as male and female hypogonadism. Thanks to the close personal and administrative relations of the endocrinological outpatient department with basic endocrinologal department of the clinic and departments of endocrine, typhoid, visceral and transplant surgery of the clinic, as well as MIH clinic of radiation medicine, the patients can receive any endocrinological outpatient treatment and, when required, carry out the diagnostics and therapy in the hospital. Another major focus of the clinic is the advisory support of patients.
