The Department of Endocrinology, Diabetology, Angiology and Internal Medicine treats patients with endocrine disorders, diabetes and vascular diseases. In addition, the Department offers the first aid of all internal medicine emergency patients. Endocrinology deals with diseases of the hormone-producing organs (pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands), hormone-induced increases in blood pressure, obesity, dyslipidemia and osteoporosis.
