The Department of Urology and Pediatric Urology at the University Hospital Bonn offers patients maximal medical care. Department of Gynecology and Gynecological Oncology

The Department of Gynecology offers the entire spectrum of gynecological operations and specializes in the therapy of benign and malignant cancers. Department of Obstetrics and Prenatal Medicine
The Department of Obstetrics and Prenatal Medicine at the University Hospital Bonn is represented as a supra-regional center of ultimate care (Level I Perinatal Center). A team of obstetricians, anesthesiologists and neonatologists works around the clock here. Due to a high specialization in the fields of prenatal medicine and childbirth with a high risk, the Department provides care to about 2,000 patients with a high risk and about 1,000 patients with intrauterine pathologies.

Department of Neurology
The Department of Neurology provides a comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care on the entire field of neurology. Focuses are neurodegenerative diseases, brain tumors, muscle disorders and multiple sclerosis. The Department of Neurology has a stroke unit, which is used for emergency treatment of stroke patients.

Department of Oncology, Hematology and Rheumatology
The key objective of the Department of Internal Medicine III is to create and offer optimal treatments for internal diseases on inpatient, partially inpatient and outpatient basis. The focuses include oncology, hematology, stem cell therapy and stem cell transplantation, internal intensive care, infectology, rheumatology as well as tumor immunology and immunological treatments.
Department of Neurosurgery
The Department with its annual 2,600 operations and 3,000 inpatients is one of the largest neurosurgery centers in Germany. Special focuses of the Department include vascular neurosurgery, tumor, skull base and pituitary surgery, spinal surgery, epilepsy surgery as well as functional and pediatric neurosurgery.

Dagmar Dilloo deals with the treatment of preschool children and adolescents with leukemia, malignant tumors and other diseases of blood and immune system. In cooperation with the Institute of Experimental Hematology and Transfusion Medicine the Department monitors children with blood clotting disorders.
