The department has two gynecological obstetric inpatient units and three gynecological units, a maternity room with 5 maternity wards, perinatal center of the highest level (level I) with six incubators (lung ventilators) and three operating rooms equipped with modern facilities.

There is also a laboratory of endocrinology, cytology and reproductive medicine. The gynecological clinic also includes the departments of Radiotherapy Clinic (external radiation, brachytherapy) and the Institute of Radiology (mammography, vacuum biopsy), and Anesthesiology Clinic. The gynecological clinic is included in the list of recommended specialized clinics for treatment of breast cancer and clinics for infants according to the list of the best medical institutions compiled by FOCUS for 2016.

The main areas of service in the gynecological clinic is the diagnostics and treatment of malignant and benign tumors of the breast, cosmetic/plastic surgery, breast cancer, endoscopic surgery, surgical treatment of urinary incontinence, diagnostics and treatment of gynecological tumors, monitoring of pregnant women with high risk, diagnostics and treatment of diseases during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period, diagnostics and treatment of inflammatory diseases of female pelvic organs and non-inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs.
