The Department of Neurosurgery treats patients with various diseases of the brain, spinal cord, spine and peripheral nerves. This applies to adults, infants and children. The clinic employs an experienced team of doctors who every year provides advice to more than 5,600 patients.

Five modern equipped operating rooms are used for surgeries in accordance with modern principles for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, tumors of the brain and spinal cord, brain, spinal cord, and intervertebral disc injuries. Neuroreconstructive and neurorestructuring treatments, such as cranial electrotherapy stimulation, neurostimulation for Parkinson disease, tremor and dystonia, as well as transplantation of nerves are used along with performance of the minimally invasive and endoscopic surgeries. It uses all the modern methods of navigation and intraoperative imaging. At the same time, the neurosurgery clinics with its main focus to neurotraumatology and neurosurgery is ready for resuscitation round the clock.
