Planning down to the smallest detail
Exceptional quality of medical services and high expertise are our priority. We take into account every detail of your future trip, starting from deep analysis of the clinical case and ending up with transfer and personal interpreter on spot. We also provide follow-up care and clinical feedback for 12 months from the moment you finish therapy.
Do not provide visa support unless paid separately. May offer transfer, though price is not included in the total cost. Translation of all documents should be done by yourself. Follow-up after treatment completion is not available.
Very time- and energy-consuming. All organizational steps, including visa application process in case visa is needed, booking tickets, looking for transfer, scheduling appointments with doctor, communicating with clinics - everything is lying upon the patient's shoulders. What is more, in the end the total cost of the trip at least doubles.
Cost of Organizational Services
Early preparation and careful planning of the organization of treatment abroad play a significant role in the effectiveness of the treatment itself and minimization of the final sum. The basic service fee of Booking Health™ enables one to avoid unnecessary costs in the treatment process and guarantees safety and comfort for the patient.
The first priority of commercial organizations is to increase the bill, whereas the quality of medicine and patient comfort are secondary. All the organizational actions are actually made by the patient.
The total cost for treatment usually increases. A non-professional cannot plan treatment abroad, and therefore the hospital’s management takes care of the entire organizational process, which leads to the significantly increased costs in the final invoice.
Fixed Prices
All programs for our patients include insurance, which guarantees the same rates as German patients up to 40% less than standard pricing for uninsured patients. This insurance covers eligible company’s programs for up to 48 months, with protection up to €200,000. Patients of Booking Health do not pay any risk charges for complications.
They add their own extra charge to the cost, which already includes an investment fee and increase for possible complications. In case of unforeseen expenses, the patient will have to pay all additional amounts on their own. It is because of inflated prices from medical intermediaries that there is a myth about the high cost of treatment in Germany, compared to other countries, such as Israel and Turkey.
You will be able to avoid extra charges from intermediaries, but an additional 40% will still be initially included in the total invoice due to the absence of the necessary type of insurance. You will have to pay all additional costs by yourself.
Access to Treatment

Do not guarantee that patients will not have to stay in queue with the locals. Urgent treatment is not available-only planned visits.
It is challenging to schedule an appointment in a medical center abroad as a foreign patient, as it requires intensive communication - often in a foreign language. Huge queues, especially in top medical hospitals, make urgent visits impossible. Planning your visit becomes challenging, as free hours are available months ahead.
