I live in Iran and I carried out my son's treatment plan with this company in Germany. Despite the fact that our treatment plan changed after meeting and consulting with the doctor, the company's performance was very good. The hospital and the doctor offered us a very good treatment that was suitable for treating my son's disease. Follow-ups and planning were very good. They helped us to get a visa. They introduced Mr. Afshin as a translator, who was a very good person and helped us a lot. Ms. Julia, who was in charge of our plans, was very good and detailed according to our wishes. they did And I thank them very much. In general, I can say that we were lucky to meet this company. The only reason I gave them four stars was the change in our treatment plan, which of course was well managed and the change was made. But it was possible that there was no safe and alternative treatment method, in which case all the expenses and our trip to Germany would have been wasted. In my opinion, it would have been better to schedule an online consultation with the doctor first, and then we would go to Germany.

I reached out to booking health in November, in the hope they could help my Mum with a treatment plan. Tanja my case manager has been great from the very start. She was so good at explaining the process and was always on hand to answer any questions I had via WhatsApp. My travel manager Nour has also been such a great help with organising the logistics part of the programme. Both Tanja and Nour have been so helpful and friendly. They reply fast to messages and have genuinely made this whole process so much easier. We arrived in Munich 2 days ago and have received first class care from the drivers and the staff at the clinic. I can’t comment on the success of the treatment as of yet, my mum is due her vaccination next week. However, I am so grateful for everyone’s help at Booking Health, during a stressful time for me and my family.
