The Company has proved to be professional so far. Contacts with employees assigned to the case were regular, they were responsive to my messages. The interpreter was very kind and helpful, accomoaniying us to the clinic and thr pharmacy as well. She accompanied us every time we needed. The company is not cheap and the contract that we signed foresee several check ups that then the doctor excluded whe he visited my son. Stil waiting for the report and to see whether the expenses will remain the same. As for the cure, there is litle hope, kind of 26 percent of success but this is beyond this Company responibility and task.

Third Treatment in Berlin. My treatment was with no complaints. The food has got better (10x better). My Interpreter, Ms. Safa was outstanding. As for all three Drivers, I have no complaints. Overall trip was great! Looking forward to my next trip in June.

Booking Health overall have been efficient with communication and bookings and found me an excellent Professor for my treatment in Germany that I couldn’t receive in the UK. I was allocated my own travel manager Hishem who was great at overseeing my travel arrangements and booking transfers to and from the airport. I also had an interpreter who met me at the hospital called Afsaneh and she went above and beyond to make my appointment with the Professor happen with ease. She is friendly and very kind and made me feel at ease instantly she oversaw my paperwork and I hardly noticed a language barrier with the staff. She stayed with me throughout, checking at all times I was ok and comfortable. She is a true credit to Booking Health and I imagine a very valued member of staff. Professor Vogl is overseeing and treating me for TACe treatments he is at the very top of his field and as I have spoken to others in the medical profession he is very renowned for what he does. He speaks very good English. I had two treatments with Professor Vogl through Booking Health and my tumours are reducing and reacting really well to the treatment I have had. I am extremely pleased with the success and may it continue. So why 4 stars? The only thing that has let it down and can be easily rectified is the transfer from the airport to the accommodation. The transfer company don’t use a sign board with Booking Health on or your name. So a guessing game when you come through arrivals. Both arrivals I’ve had, they’ve not been there and I’ve had to wait around a long time. Which is very frustrating as I have to take two flights from Bristol as they don’t do direct to Frankfurt, so you just want to get to your final destination. Like I said this is something easily rectified by Booking Health to make it a 5* experience.

Monica helped to coordinate our trip to Germany. She was easy to understand and was prompt in her responses. We were met promptly at the airport by Yusuf who drove us to our hotel. Our interpreter Afsaneh was so very helpful and informative. She was pleasant and compassionate. She helped us understand the subway system and also assisted us in the process of purchasing medication. She met us everyday at the clinic. The one concern I did have was that I was unable to receive a specific itinerary for the treatment I was to receive after numerous inquiries. It was also a leap of faith to pay in full for services not yet rendered. It might be best to have the patient pay half and then the rest upon arrival since we were traveling from another country. I would not know how to go about enforcing a contract while in two different countries.

Booking Health helped us in bringing my father for a second opinion in Germany. Since the moment we reached the hospital, everything went smoothly, both the translator and the medical team were very professional. They have done everything to make sure my father gets all the recommended check-ups and to fit them in the time we had. We would definitely return to Booking Health if we ever needed again. The only reason why i gave 4 and not 5 stars is due to some initial misunderstandings at the planning stage, which could've been avoided, but finally they were sorted out.

A good friend of mine did lots of research in relation to treatment for cancer in Germany. She contacted Booking Health in March and had numerous phone calls & emails with Denis. From there my files were sent to the top 10 hospitals in Germany to see if any hospital could offer a better treatment plan for me. After much consideration, my family & I decided to take a chance & and go to Germany for treatment. From there Miriam became our liasion contact and has been extremely helpful in helping my family organise our trip, PCR testing, organising taxis on arrival & throughout our visits and always with kind words of encouragement to say. We also had a translator Roman accompany us on our trips to the hospital, often staying way longer than necessary or expected of him. He was very efficient, informative, full of encouragement and we could text himself or Miriam at any stage when we had any queries (which was lots). My family & I are extremely grateful to them for making our trip less daunting, as stress free as possible (as you can image, cancer is a very scary & stressful disease) & everything ran smoothly. В России был поставлен диагноз в связи с проблемой с сердцем и сказали, что скорее всего в скором времени понадобится операция. Необходимо было наблюдаться раз в полгода . Но из- за ситуации с короновирусом,это стало проблемой. Решил обратиться в Booking Health . Была подобрана клиника в Германии , где предложили пройти обследование. Еще одна проблема-это нежелание лететь самолетом, опять же в связи с короновирусом, так что было принято решение ехать на автомобиле. Благо , в компании подобный опыт имелся и соответственно, был организован транзит через Польшу. С утра пройдя границу в Бресте , к вечеру был на месте (университетская клиника г Homburg), все прошло без накладок и приключений. В клинике , обследование заняло 3 дня, все тоже прошло быстро и четко. В связи с поездкой хотел бы выразить свою благодарность менеджеру компании Maria Stern и переводчице Valeria Haag, не только за безупречную организацию , но и человеческие реакции сопереживания и участия в моих проблемах

شركه ممتازه انصحكم فيها. انا كان عندي مشكله و سافرت اكثر من بلد في اوربا وللاسف ما ستفدت شي ، و لكن سمعت اكو مشافي في المانيا سمعتها كلش زينه . بعد ما عانيت عده سنوات رحت المانيا عن طريق شركه بوكينق هيلث و لي ساعدوني بكل الامور و لطافه بتعامل حجز فندق و حجز موعد طبي سريع رغم كورونا .. كل الامور مشت بسرعه المترجم كان مساعد جدا في كل الامور . و الطبيب المعالج كان كلش زين و متفهم والحمدلله خلصت العلاج . بصراحه مافي اي ملاحظات سلبيه على الشركه. و يسهلون امورك في بلد غريب تحس انه ما انت لوحدك. اتمنا للجميع توفيق

I was searching for a medical treatment right away, that could had been put in place as soon as possible because my father's health was extremely bad after more failed cancer treatments in Romania. I've got the quickest reply from this company. In just 12 hours from the moment when I requested their help I was called by Elli Engels who was able to take the medical reports plus CD scans and found a solution within the next 24 hours. In just 2 days from this point we booked a flight to Frankfurt were we met probably one of the best and most famous Radiologist in Europe, Prof. Dr. Vogl Thomas. During the first meeting, Prof. Vogl just confirmed what we have discussed over the phone with Elli and Julia Meinhard (Travel Manager) being aware and well prepared with my father's medical case. So we did not had to tell all the story again and eventually to start another set of pain investigations. After just two chemo-embolization procedures, my father is feeling much better, however we have to go back there in December to repeat these steps. I want also to special thank to Mr. Waleed Akhter (Interpreter) who was very prompt and willing to help us during our stay on the hospital. Also we came in on weekend days (Saturday) just to help my father who was in a critical situation before the chemo-embolization started. Bottom line, this company is expensive indeed but I feel like they know what's their mission and they don't want to send you on wrong ways just to earn some money from you. At least in my case, they were 100% prepared to deal with this type of cancer and for sure they have a good trusted relationship with Mr Prof. Dr. Vogl in Frankfurt hospital and this helped us to arrive in from of him really fast.

At the beginning I was searching for my daughter a medical solution in Germany, as in Romania in this times this investigation is unavailable. In our first trip to Germany with Booking Health company we had meeting for check-up with Dr. med. Dr. h. c. Heinrich Iro from University Hospital Erlangen, doctor told that in health condition of my daughter it is necessary to provide partial parotidectomy surgery. Organization of first program was very professional so we asked to provide medical program for surgery. In two weeks we came to the Germany for surgery. Professor Dr. med. Dr.h.c. Heinrich Iro was very professional and he assisted us in the treatment. Thanks to the staff at the University Hospital Erlangen. I am very glad that I got to them. It can be seen that they are professionals in their field.
