The Department of Neurosurgery at the Hirslanden Clinic am Rosenberg Heiden offers all the options of modern medicine for the treatment of diseases of the nervous system. Of particular interest is surgery to remove brain or spinal cord tumors, treatment of cerebral hemorrhages, traumatic brain injuries, etc. The Chief Physician of the department is Dr. med. Stephan Jakob.
The department has a highly modern technical base and progressive operating rooms with the possibility of intraoperative imaging, navigation systems and other equipment. The patients of the Hirslanden Clinic am Rosenberg Heiden live in bright and comfortable rooms, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The standard patient room includes an automatically adjustable bed with an orthopedic mattress, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a table and chairs for receiving visitors, a TV. It is possible to connect to Wi-Fi. Each patient room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. If desired, patients can live in enhanced-comfort rooms, which are additionally equipped with a safe, a refrigerator and upholstered furniture.
Meals and Menus
