The Dentomaxillary Clinic is the Centre for Maxillary and Facial Surgery and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at the Im Park Clinic. Operations on the jaw, face, gums and teeth are performed here. The Department offers the full spectrum of modern jaw surgery and specialise in jaw injuries, orthopaedic surgery on the jaw (adjustment of malocclusions), preprosthodontic surgery (improvement of the stability of the dental implant), maxillofacial prosthodontics (correction of jaw defects that have developed due to tumours, injuries or congenital malformations).
The team is composed of two specialists in maxillofacial surgery, a dentist specialising in maxillofacial prosthodontics and reconstructive dentistry and a dental hygienist. We promote the interdisciplinary collaboration of all medical specialties.
