Dr. Kuebler is a doctor and researcher who practices at his own clinic in Munich, Germany. Dr. Kuebler, could you tell us what types of patients most often come to your clinic?
Many patients come to us for an early diagnosis and to check the balance of microelements and amino acids. A large number of cancer patients are also seeking specialized care after undergoing chemotherapy in other institutions to restore their immunity through plasmapheresis.
What inspired you to create your own clinic and unique diagnostic methods?
While working in state hospitals, I noticed that standard examination methods do not find the causes of many symptoms. That's why I bought an atomic emission analyzer in the US and started researching nutrient deficiency in athletes and cancer patients. One of the athletes was Boris Becker. He even mentioned me in his memoirs. I've always done research regardless of universities or grants, as large centers focus only on standard chemotherapy.
What is the uniqueness of your practice's approach to patient treatment?
Our clinical approach is based on what we call "dialogue" with cells and molecules. Instead of just looking at tumor markers that are just a symptom, we evaluate the individual balance of "healthy" and pathological molecules in the body. Each person consists of unique cells, and we create a treatment for the specific patient's cells.
How exactly does your method help detect and destroy cancer stem cells?
With the help of the apheresis system I developed, we isolate cancer stem cells by density gradient and determine their characteristics. Then we heat these cells to 40°C to extract heat shock proteins (HSPs) from them. This turns the cell "inside out" and releases hidden recognition proteins, causing the patient's immune NK cells to begin seeing and destroying the cancer.
Why is conventional chemotherapy often powerless against metastasis?
Chemotherapy works only on ordinary cancer cells, but is powerless against stem cells. In the membranes of cancer stem cells, there are detoxification molecules that work according to the principle of "revolving door". Drugs are simply expelled from the cell to the outside. Then this chemotherapy enters healthy immune cells, destroys the body's defenses, and can even provoke the appearance of new tumors.
Why are metastases still developing after precise Da Vinci robot surgeries or routine biopsies?
During a biopsy or the removal of a prostate tumor, capillaries are mechanically damaged. Their network reaches more than 100 meters in one cubic millimeter of tissue. Because of these ruptures, cancer stem cells "escape" into the bloodstream and lymph. They behave like sleepers on the periphery for a long time, and when they "wake up" and cause PSA growth, the patient is prescribed aggressive hormonal or chemotherapy, which only destroys immunity but does not affect these stem cells.
What innovative treatment protocols do you use to block the development of tumors?
We have developed and patented a unique technology that combines personalized immunotherapy with benzamides (antiparasitic drugs). They block the specific enzyme metabolism of cancer cells. It is called the Warburg effect. Cancer cells become extremely sensitive to the destructive effects of our NK cells. The patient can get such a combination only in our clinic.
Does your cell therapy have side effects or contraindications for weakened patients?
The procedure is completely non-toxic and harmless, as it is a purely physical process without the use of chemicals or drugs. It has no contraindications or side effects; it is perfectly tolerated even by children and severely weakened people. In addition, elderly patients note a strong rejuvenating effect and a burst of energy after cleansing the body of protein "garbage".
What unique cellular processes have you discovered in patients with brain tumors during apheresis?
By studying patients with glioblastomas, we found that the blood-brain barrier (BBB) is much more permeable than previously thought. Immune NK cells pass through it twice a day into the brain for beneficial molecular metabolism with neuroglia (for example, to test for viral infections). If this mechanism is disrupted, as in multiple sclerosis due to Epstein-Barr virus, immune cells begin to attack their own neuroglia.
How do the apheresis systems you have developed help treat Alzheimer's disease?
We found out that in Alzheimer's disease, the glial cells of the brain are damaged, which begin to produce "illegitimate" proteins. Using multi-kilometer Japanese cartridges custom-made for me, we use electrophysical methods to remove toxic tau proteins from the plasma. After that, the patients' clear consciousness returns, and their cognitive abilities improve.
Is your plasma clearance method effective for patients with long COVID and post-vaccination COVID syndrome?
Yes, extremely effective. Spike proteins circulate in the plasma after infection or mRNA vaccination, destroy mitochondrial membranes, and cause vascular inflammation (endothelitis). This leads to serious cardiovascular problems. Our plasmapheresis allows for completely removing these spike proteins and "illegitimate antibodies" from the patient's body, eliminating the very cause of the disease.
What is the uniqueness of your laboratory diagnosis of amino acids for the prevention of diseases?
As modern nutrition becomes increasingly unhealthy, we are the only laboratory in Europe that routinely tests the level of vital amino acids before therapy for their targeted replenishment. We pass the plasma through a special separator with a separating gel under high pressure. This separates amino acid molecules from each other and allows them to be physically identified. Although we have many imitators, none of them have yet reached our quality standards.
What should foreign patients who plan to undergo treatment in your clinic consider?
You need to plan your time in advance. Diagnosis lasts about 1.5 hours, cell collection – about 2 hours, and precise plasmapheresis – up to 4-5 hours. A full course of immunotherapy usually consists of 5-10 consecutive cycles that are performed once a week. Patients from all over the world successfully cope with this pace, flying to us directly for procedures.
