About the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology at University Hospital Giessen UKGM
The Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology at the University Hospital Giessen UKGM offers the full range of medical services for the treatment of general pediatric diseases, care for premature babies and newborns. Children receive competent treatment, which meets national and international standards. At the same time, due attention is paid to a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, in which patients and their parents feel as comfortable as possible. The department is headed by Prof. Dr. med. Klaus-Peter Zimmer.
