About the Department of Adult and Pediatric Allergology at Samsung Medical Center Seoul
The Department of Adult and Pediatric Allergology at the Samsung Medical Center offers the full range of services in this medical field. The department specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases caused by immune hypersensitivity reactions to external substances. The department employs competent doctors who provide quality medical care meeting international standards. The department is headed by Prof. Dr. med. Choi Dong Chull.
In cooperation with the Departments of Pediatrics, Otolaryngology, Dermatology and Ophthalmology, the department detects the causes of allergic reactions, as well as treats allergic rhinitis, hives, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and allergic conjunctivitis.
The department diagnoses and treats the following allergic diseases:

- Allergy to physical effects (temperature, light, vibration)
