Patients rooms
The patients of the Hospital Freising stay in comfortable single and double rooms. All patient rooms are quite spacious and designed in light colors. The patient room furnishings include an automatically adjustable bed, a bedside table with a pull-out tray, a wardrobe, a table and chairs, a telephone, and a TV. Each patient room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The patient rooms have access to Wi-Fi.
Meals and Menus
The patient and his or her accompanying person are offered a choice of three set menus daily, including a vegetarian one. If, for some reason, you do not eat all the foods, you will be offered an individual menu. Please inform the medical staff about your dietary preferences prior to treatment.

Location
Freising is a beautiful and cozy town with a long history in Bavaria, Germany. The town was hardly damaged during the bombing raids of World War II, so the beautiful medieval buildings and the unique atmosphere of the old times have been preserved here.
The very heart of the town of Freising is its central square, Marienplatz, with its three-story town hall, which is decorated with magnificent murals and a large round clock. Adjacent to the north side of the building is St. George's Church, the central parish church of Freising. First mentioned in 1230, it was rebuilt in the late Gothic style in 1494. The crucifixion of Jesus is placed on the choir arch, and on the western wall, you can see an image of St. George. In the central square of the town, Marienplatz, there is a column with a sculpture of the Virgin Mary on top and statues of kneeling saints below. The monument was built in the second half of the 17th century.
Freising is home to the oldest operating brewery in the world, Weihenstephan. It was built in 1040 and has seen many tragic events, such as plagues, wars, and earthquakes, during its existence. Today, the brewery still honors the ancient traditions of brewing. More than 15 types of beer are produced here. In addition, the Weihenstephan brewery has become a place where future brewers from all over the world come to study.
Another popular tourist attraction in Freising is Domberg Abbey. On its territory are located St. Mary and St. Corbinian Cathedral and a large church museum with unique exhibitions. One of the most impressive and ancient exhibits in the museum is the Byzantine icon of the Mother of God, painted in the 12th century.
