Department of General, Abdominal and Minimally Invasive Surgery
The Department of Surgery is devoted to high quality treatment in the field of general and abdominal surgery, as well as in certain areas of vascular surgery. In particular, the department specializes in the abdominal wall surgery, surgical treatment of gastrointestinal diseases (the Abdominal Center and the Bowel Cancer Center) and minimally invasive surgery. Women are offered “scarless” surgical treatment with NOTES technique.
Department of Gynecology, Urogynecology and Breast Diseases
The Department of Gynecology, Urogynecology and Breast Diseases deals with the diagnostics and treatment of all breast diseases, diseases of the internal and external genitals, as well as hormonal disorders. In the course of treatment, a minimally invasive method is mainly used to preserve the organ. Each year, the medical facility performs about 1,800 minor and major surgeries on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Since 2012, the department is the certified Breast Cancer Center.

The department has a total of 40 beds and the state-of-the-art Section of Functional Diagnostics.
