The St. Joseph Hospital Haan, which is part of the Kplus Hospital Group, has a long history. Today it is a specialized medical center of interregional importance. The hospital includes five units, three private practices and a large medical nursing school. It offers top-level medical and therapeutic services, as well as provides training to medical personnel.
The St. Joseph Hospital Haan is focused on surgery and orthopedics (Dr. Jürgen Neumann), endocrinology and diabetology (Dr. Ingo Röhrig), internal medicine (Dr. Henning Henke) and vascular surgery (Dr. Udo Huberts). The hospital’s certified Joint Replacement Center is specialized in knee and hip replacement surgery. Another priority focus of the hospital is foot surgery. This surgery has gained an excellent international reputation. Dr. Mona Abbara-Czardybon is the chief surgeon of the Foot Surgery Center Rheinland Haan. She shares her post with Dr. Justus Stadler. The Focus-Gesundheit magazine has awarded her with “Top Doctor 2017 - Foot Surgery" for two years in a row.

Haan is a small town in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia located between Dusseldorf and Wuppertal.
